NLM Cityhopper (now KLM Cityhopper), already a sister company of KLM, was created in 1966, operating domestic flights with Fokker 27 turboprops. The first jets were Fokker 28, acquired in 1978. The carrier was fully integrated into KLM network in 1988.
CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China) was the national carrier of the People Republic of China and is now known as Air China, created in 1988 after the decision to split CAAC in 6 separate carriers: Air China, China Eastern, China Southwest, China Southern, China Northwest and China Northern.
